Atlanta-based Joffe Land Companies has bought 122 lots in a south Bibb County subdivision and is looking for builders to construct new homes.
Joffe bought the lots in the Bridgewood Coves subdivision off Hartley Bridge Road, according to a news release. The homes are expected to sell for $200,000 to $350,000 and would available beginning in 2016.
The land investment, development and management company is looking for builder partners to purchase lots to construct new homes.
Less than 10 new homes were built in the subdivision prior to the recession, but three homes were built and sold in 2014, which indicates demand for new homes has returned, the release stated.
