The principal partners of Hull Storey Gibson Cos., which owns the Macon Mall, have formed two new entities from that company -- Hull Property Group and BLS Holdings Group LLC.
Hull Property Group, with James Hull as managing principal, will focus on middle market mall ownership and operations, according to a news release. BLS Holdings Group, led by Barry Storey, will focus on non-mall retail assets and alternative investments.
The formation allows each individual to pursue specialized interests, the release stated.
The transition will not impact the management company or mall operations, Coles Hull Doyle, marketing and communications analyst, said in an email.
