Fourteen Chick-fil-A restaurants in Middle Georgia offer some menu items not found at its other locations in Georgia -- or even many other parts of the country.
The Atlanta-based company has added five new items to its breakfast menu as part of a limited-time test at its restaurants in Macon, Dublin, Warner Robins, Perry, Bonaire, Centerville, Milledgeville and Fort Valley.
The five new breakfast entrees join six trial breakfast menu items that began last fall, said Mark Baldwin, a public relations representative with the company. Three of the new entrees are under 300 calories: egg white chicken grill, Greek yogurt parfait and multigrain oatmeal. It also has added chicken and waffles at 440 calories and cinnamon swirls with 310 calories.
Other markets participating in the test are greater Philadelphia; Inland Empire, California; and Memphis, Tennessee.
