Warner Robins dealer No. 1 in customer service

Five Star Hyundai of Warner Robins has been rated by the carmaker the No. 1 dealership in the Southern region for 2009 for customer service satisfaction.

“It’s super. It’s fantastic,” said Bobby Cramer, operations manager for the Five Star Automotive Group. “Anytime you are No. 1, it’s always good.”

The dealership at 999 Russell Parkway competed with 258 dealerships throughout the region.

“They are comparing us to Atlanta and Knoxville, Tenn., and Jacksonville, Fla., and Miami,” Cramer said.

The award is given as a result of a 32-question customer survey that Hyundai Motor America sends to customers from the dealerships, said Jim Trainor, a corporate spokesman.

“We track things like satisfaction with the facility, quality of the repair ... was it done on time, was the car clean when you got it, the friendliness of the people at the dealership and was it fixed right the first time,” Trainor said. “And Five Star came out on top.”
