Advisory board members selected

Charles L. Cantrell III, co-owner of Five Star Automotive Group; Tom O. Wagoner, founder, president and CEO of Core Management Resources Group, Inc.; and James “Jim” Moncrief Wells III, president of Southern Pine Plantation Commercial and Residential Group and also Georgia Industrial Minerals, have been selected to serve as new members of the advisory board of directors at Wachovia Bank.

Cazort receives recertificationRichard Cazort, project manager with Chris R. Sheridan & Co., was recently recertified as an AHERA Asbestos Inspector. An East Tennessee State University graduate, Cazort joined the general contracting firm in 1995. The Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act is the industry standard for managing asbestos-containing materials.

Two lawyers receive recognitionPartners Manley F. Brown and John Christopher “Chris” Clark of O’Neal, Brown and Clark P.C. have been named to Best Lawyers in America and to Georgia Super Lawyers 2009 publications.

Orthodontist completes termDr. Gary L. Pool, a Warner Robins orthodontist, recently completed his term as president of the Georgia Association of Orthodontists, a nonprofit organization of 279 state orthodontists. Poole graduated from the University of Georgia, received his DMD from the Medical College of Georgia and orthodontics training from the University of Tennessee. He opened his practice in Warner Robins in 1987.

Williams joins counseling centerBetty Williams has joined the Family Counseling Center of Central Ga. as a therapist. Williams is a licensed marriage and family therapist with more than 10 years of experience.
