Ingleside Village Pizza to close temporarily before move

Ingleside Village Pizza will close its 2395 Ingleside Ave. location Dec. 31 and plans to reopen by mid-January across the street at 2396 Ingleside Ave., owner Tina Dickson said.

“Nothing is changing except the address,” she said.

The restaurant will be open Christmas Eve, even though it’s traditionally closed then, she said. And except for being closed Christmas Day, the eatery will be open during regular hours until the end of the year.In June, Dickson bought the former Len Berg’s building across from her pizza restaurant. Since then, she has been going through the permitting process and renovating the building. She has leased the current space since the restaurant opened in 1992.

Plans for the new spot include outdoor seating and more parking spaces behind the building.
