A Tennessee-based retail chain new to Middle Georgia is opening a store in Warner Robins.
The discount retailer Bargain Hunt is opening its 10th store in Georgia in a 30,000-square-foot building at 2191 Watson Blvd. with a grand opening Nov. 18, according to a release.
The store sells brand-name apparel, bed and bath accessories, electronics, home furnishing, furniture, kitchen appliances, toys and baby supplies. The products it carries will continually change, the release said.
The store discounts the price of items depending on how long they have been in the store.
“After 30 days from the date shown on the price tag, the marked price discounts 10 percent; then it drops an additional 10 percent every markdown day, which is the first, 10th and 20th of every month until it reaches 90 percent off,” the release said.
The store is open 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday.
The chain’s other stores in Georgia are in Rome, Douglasville, Dalton, Hiram, Kennesaw, Cumming, Gainesville, Austell and Athens. This will be the 20th Bargain Hunt store to open in 2016 and the 60th location throughout the Midwest and Southeast.
Currently, Bargain Hunt has stores in Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, Indiana, Ohio, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina.
