WARNER ROBINS - A Macon man is charged with drunk driving and vehicular homicide in connection with a deadly accident in Warner Robins late Friday night.
Tyeshia Everette, 21, of Macon, died in the wreck that happened at about 11:24 p.m. at the intersection of Wellborn Road and Linwood Drive, according to a Warner Robins Police Department release.
She was a passenger in a 2003 Chevy Tahoe driven by Jonathan Jerrod Stanley, 27, of Macon, the release stated. Stanley was driving east on Linwood when he lost control and the vehicle flipped over, ejecting Everette. She was later pronounced dead at the Houston Medical Center.
Stanley was charged with first degree vehicular homicide, drunk driving, open container, failure to maintain lane and reckless driving. He was taken to the Houston County jail.
