WARNER ROBINS -- A Warner Robins main is jailed in connection with the Sept. 16 robbery of the CB&T Bank at 1444 Watson Blvd., police said Wednesday.
Jay Dennis Aultman was being held in the Houston County jail on charges of robbery, violation of probation and failing to register as a sex offender, a Warner Robins police news release stated.
Arrest warrants on charges of robbery by intimidation and probation violation were issued for Aultman the day after the bank robbery. He was arrested Jan. 3 in Atlanta, the news release stated.
Aultman is accused of coming into the bank shortly before 10 a.m., handing a note to the teller and demanding money, police said. He never showed a weapon.
Aultman fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was hurt in the robbery.
