Crawford County deputies and the GBI arrested a murder suspect Monday in the March killing of a Roberta woman.
Jerry Odell Hicks, 65, is charged with murder, five counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, according to a news release from the Crawford County Sheriff's Office.
Hicks is accused of killing 61-year-old Kaye Molton Elkins, who was found dead inside her home at 1030 Jackson Road on March 20.
