A Macon man was killed in a spray of gunfire outside Club Money's early today on Pio Nono Avenue in Macon.
Zachary Blasingame, 25, was sitting inside his 1999 Crown Victoria when he was shot multiple times at about 3:40 a.m., said Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones.
Blasingame, of 4690 Log Cabin Drive, was taken to The Medical Center of Central Georgia where he was pronounced dead by the trauma team in the Emergency Center at 4:43 a.m., Jones said.
"An autopsy Monday will determine how many times he was shot," Jones said.
The Macon Police Department is investigating the killing.
Earlier this year Macon City Council rejected the police department's proposal to curtail nightclub and bar operating hours in an attempt to reduce violence.
