Three hurt in Warner Robins crash

Two adults and one child were hurt when a car flipped on Russell Parkway in Warner Robins at about 3:15 p.m. Thursday.

Felicia West, 36, was driving her 2001 Kia Sportage eastbound near Elaine Drive when she drove into the median and tried to correct her path and lost control of the sport utility vehicle, according to a news release from the Warner Robins Police Department.

The vehicle flipped and rolled across the median and came to rest in the westbound lanes of Russell Parkway, the release stated.

West, 17-year-old Lamar Mack and a 6-year-old child were seriously hurt in the crash and were taken to The Medical Cetner of Central Georgia where they were in stable condition.

A 1-year-old who was also in the car was safely secured in a child seat and was not hurt.
