UPDATE: Masked men attempt robbery at IHOP

Two masked men sat down at the IHOP, located at 1224 Eisenhower Parkway, just before midnight and pointed a gun at a waitress when she approached them, according to the Macon police.

The robbers forced the waitress to walk to the cash drawer, according to a police news release.

The robbers are described as being black men, wearing dark pants and black hooded shirts. One man wore a ski mask while the other wore a red bandana over his face, according to the release.
