Macon police are looking for a woman who vandalized a clerk's car at the Family Supermarket at 2965 Houston Ave. at about 10:30 a.m. today.
Shonda Thomas said she was working at the register when the woman came in, bought two newspapers and plopped down a dollar bill on the counter and left.
A few minutes later people came into the store telling Thomas the woman was pouring gasoline all over her gold Toyota Camry that was parked in front of the store.
"They said she's fixing to light it and set the car on fire," Thomas said. "And then I came out here and the tires were cut. I've never seen the lady before."

Both tires on the passenger side of the four-door sedan were slashed.
Police picked up a suspect in the neighborhood but witnesses said she was not the culprit and the woman quickly walked away.
Macon-Bibb County firefighters hosed down the vehicle to wash off the gasoline.
