Gunmen rob Macon store, one suspect caught

Macon police nabbed one suspect but another got away following Monday night's robbery at the Wings Special store at 3297 Houston Ave.

At about 8:45 p.m. as employees were preparing to close the store, two masked gunmen came in and demanded money, according to a news release from the Macon Police Department.

After they ran away, witness descriptions helped police catch Wymon Curry, 17, who was arrested and charged with armed robbery, the release stated.
