ATLANTA - A year after Dublin rolled over Lovett, 65-7, in the Georgia Dome, the Fighting Irish were on the other end of a blowout loss Saturday morning.
Buford rushed for six touchdowns and returned an interception for another in a 48-0 win over Dublin in the GHSA Class AA football semifinals.
The Irish were held to zero yards of total offense in the first half. They fared much better in the second half on yardage but no better on points.
Buford fullback Taylor King scored three touchdowns, while Demetris Murray, a South Florida commit, scored two.
