Beautiful Jesus, our savior and our risen Lord, my heart awakens with amazing joy as we see the early morning sunrise just as it may have been a long time ago when this world came to realize that you are the Son of God. There is a beautiful hymn that comes to mind as I hold this joyful feeling. “My Lord, what a morning, my Lord, what a morning, when the Son of God arose.” We give you thanks for loving us, even though we stumble and fall. In your suffering and pain, you said “Forgive them.” O Jesus, it is a morning to remember. Amen.
