Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Toss the cabbage, onion and bell pepper with the undrained relish. Place in a colander, and allow to drain well for 30 minutes. Measure the drained vegetable mixture and combine with an equal amount of mayonnaise. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving to allow flavors to develop.
