Greek kalamata tapenade

1 cup pitted kalamata olives

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon drained capers

2 tablespoons fresh

oregano leaves

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

1/4 teaspoon dried

red pepper flakes

Makes 10 to 12 servings (1-1/2 cups).

Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the metal blade and process until smooth. Chill 20 minutes before serving. .
