Greek-style lamb hot dog
4 links (4 ounces each) lamb sausages
4 poppy seed buns
1/2 cup each: prepared tzatziki, sliced pitted kalamata olives

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
10 1/4-inch cucumber slices, halved
2 pickled pepperoncini peppers, drained, thinly sliced
1 plum tomato, halved, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped onions, optional
Makes 4 servings.
Prepare a grill for medium heat. Grill sausages, turning as needed until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
Transfer sausages to buns; spread evenly with tzatziki. Sprinkle with the olives and feta crumbles. Top with cucumber, pepperoncini, tomato and onions.
