Orange coleslaw

1 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise

1 tablespoon granulated sugar or to taste

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

4 packed cups shredded cabbage

1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained

Makes 4 servings.

Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; add to cabbage, mixing well. Add orange segments; mix to combine.
