Summer fruit salad
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 pound strawberries, thinly sliced
2 large bananas, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup orange marmalade, stirred well
Makes 6-8 servings.
Combine all ingredients up to 1 hour before serving. Stir gently. Store covered, in the refrigerator.
Note: The beauty and ease of this fruit salad is topped only by its taste. For a change of pace, spoon a dollop of yogurt on top of the fruit and/or top with granola.
