Creamy blue cheese dipping sauce

2 tablespoons chopped onion

1 garlic clove (crushed)

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon vinegar

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Salt, pepper and cayenne pepper

Makes 6 servings.

In medium bowl, place first eight ingredients; stir. Add salt, pepper and cayenne to taste. Cover and chill.
