Lawry's Seasoned Salt, Accent
and pepper to taste
1 cup, or to taste, bottled thick
Makes 4 servings.
Prepare macaroni as directed on package. (Long likes to simmer the pasta rather than boil it fast; he says it plumps up more if cooked slowly.) In a large skillet, brown the ground beef well; drain off the grease. Give it a good sprinkle with seasoned salt, Accent and pepper. Stir ground beef into macaroni and cheese. Add barbecue sauce until the mixture is "gooey but not soupy."
