Biscayne Miracle Mile Cafeteria's carrot salad

4 cups peeled, shredded carrots

1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise

2 to 3 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup raisins

Makes 8 servings.

Toss the shredded carrots with the mayonnaise and sugar. Stir in the raisins. Chill and serve.
