We asked. You voted. And the results are in.
The Munch Madness bracket started with 64 restaurants in 8 categories.
Middle Georgia residents voted for three weeks, and restaurants either advanced or were knocked out of the bracket based on results from the vote.
In the end, two Macon restaurants remained: Jim Shaw’s Seafood Grill and the Rookery.
With 53 percent of the final vote, Jim Shaw’s Seafood Grill was declared the Munch Madness winner.
About 200,000 votes were cast during the contest.
