The band, comprised of lead vocalist Mac Powell, guitarist Mark Lee, bassist Tai Anderson and drummer David Carr, has just announced plans to release a new worship album, “Lead Us Back,” in March, according to its website, www.thirdday.com.
In its 15 years together, Third Day has won four Grammy awards, 24 GMA Dove Awards, earned one RIAA platinum album and eight RIAA gold albums, according to a news release. The band’s catalog includes the songs “Show Me Your Glory,” “I Believe,” “Cry Out to Jesus,” “Mountain of God,” “Call My Name,” “Born Again” and “Trust in Jesus.”
Its last album, “Miracle,” released in 2012, found the band exploring a new sound.
