Macon's Russell Henley will play in the U.S. Open for the sixth time next week, and he will play with a familiar face in the first two rounds.
Henley will play with former Georgia teammate Harris English, along with amateur Scottie Scheffler, in the first two rounds. They will tee off at 2:25 p.m. in the first round Thursday.
For the first time, the tournament will be played at Erin Hills in Wisconsin.
Henley didn't play in the U.S. Open last year. He missed the cut in 2013 and 2015. In 2010, he finished tied for 16, and the next year, he finished tied for 42nd. Henley finished tied for 60th in 2014.
