ATHENS - After some second thoughts, Chris Wilson is officially on his way to the west coast, and Georgia still needs a defensive line coach.
Wilson will take the same job at Southern California, as originally reported on Wednesday. There were indications a day later that he was thinking of staying at Georgia, and USC had yet to make an official announcement. But on Friday morning sources told The Telegraph that Wilson was expected to leave, and Wilson soon confirmed it via his Twitter account.
I want to thank Georgia, Mark Richt, the players and his awesome staff for the privilege of being a part of UGA! Be blessed. #GoDawgs— Chris Wilson (@Coach_Wilson10) January 17, 2014
