A 19-year-old Macon man, accused of shooting another man last year during an argument about a 98-cent loaf of bread, was indicted Tuesday on an aggravated assault charge.
James Jereal Watson is accused in the Aug. 20 shooting of Lamar Glenwood, according to an indictment filed in Bibb County Superior Court.
The shooting allegedly occurred at about 11:20 p.m. in the 1000 block of Ash Street. Glenwood was shot several times.
Witnesses have said the argument about the bread triggered the shooting.
