Three men were indicted Tuesday on allegations they shot at a man in September and stole his shoes.
Preston Montgomery Curry, 20, Timothy Alexander Washington Jr., 19, and Frank M. Boston, 19, are charged with aggravated assault and armed robbery, according to an indictment filed in Bibb County Superior Court.
The men are accused of going to an address in the 1800 block of Clinton Road and robbing the man Sept. 3. In addition to taking his shoes, the men allegedly took the man's two cell phones, according to the indictment.
Curry is additionally charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He previously was convicted of aggravated assault, according to the document.

Curry, of Fort Hill Street, and Washington, of Wesleyan Drive, were arrested on the day after the incident. Both are being held at the county jail, according to jail records.
