A Macon man who allegedly reported a burglary at a relative's home was indicted Tuesday on allegations he shot a man in the knee in August 2013.
Devin Divonta Moore, 19, is charged with aggravated assault, according to an indictment filed Tuesday in Bibb County Superior Court.
Police found a man shot in the knee on the road that runs along railroad tracks near Holt Avenue on Aug. 14, 2013.
Officers investigating the burglary realized that Moore, the man who reported the heist, matched the description of the alleged shooter.
Moore was released on $9,550 bond on Aug. 29, 2013, according to county jail records.
