Former Macon cop indicted in molestation case

A former Macon police officer was indicted Tuesday in the alleged 2013 molestation of a girl he met on an Internet dating site. Rory Theodore Qualls, 23, is charged with child molestation and violating his oath of office, according to an indictment filed in Bibb County Superior Court.
