Gang members charged with RICO violation, depositing stolen money in gang members’ jail accounts

Two alleged members of the Westside Gangsta Crips street gang are jailed as part of a scheme to deposit money from fraudulent credit or debit card transactions into jail accounts to fund gang members’ bonds, feed commissary accounts or provide post-release cash.
