A 53-year-old Macon man was indicted Tuesday on allegations he raped a woman at the Baconsfield Business Center in April 2012.
Brian Keith Jump, of Turner Woods Road, allegedly took a then-18-year-old woman to his office, located at the business center at 750 Baconsfield Drive, at about 12:30 a.m. on April 29, 2012. While there, he forced her to have sex and then took her back to his home, according to an arrest warrant.
Tuesday's indictment charges Jump with rape in connection with the incident.
Jump previously was indicted on charges of rape and child molestation in 1988, but the charges were dismissed in exchange for him pleading guilty to two misdemeanor charges -- simple battery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor -- later that year, according to the district attorney's office.
Jump is being held at the Bibb County jail without bond, according to jail records.
