Macon men indicted in April fatal shooting

Bibb County grand jurors indicted two men Tuesday in the April shooting death of a man on east Macon’s Forsyth Avenue. Bernard Bullard, 24, of Tina Drive, and Markel Devonte Parks, 18, of Morningside Drive, are charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and two counts of violation of the street gang terrorism and prevention act, according to an indictment filed Tuesday in Bibb County Superior Court.
