An 82-year-old man in Dry Branch was allegedly punched in the face by his son’s neighbor after asking the man to leave his son’s property.
David Hill, of the 5200 block of Jeffersonville Road, told sheriff’s deputies Monday that his father, Howard Hill, witnessed neighbor Kenneth Kitchens dumping brush and tree limbs over his son’s property line that afternoon.
Hill’s father confronted Kitchens and told him to leave the property.
Kitchens punched the man one time in the face shortly after he was asked to leave, according to a Bibb County sheriff’s report.
Hill had a red mark on the near his left eye upon deputy’s arrival, the report said. Warrants charging Kitchens for battery and criminal trespass are pending.
