A house in the 2400 block of Anthony Road was damaged by gunfire at 12:40 a.m. Friday, according to Macon police.
A 46-year-old man living at the house told police he was sitting in his den watching TV when he heard several gunshots. One of the shots passed over his head and struck the wall, according to a police report.
An officer noted a hole the size of a small-caliber bullet in the air conditioning unit and the wall. Two shell casings were recovered the following day, according to the report.
