A Warner Robins man has been charged with multiple counts of theft by taking in the theft of wire from irrigation systems in Houston County.
Reginald Lamar Davis Jr., 19, also was charged with multiple counts of criminal damage and arson in connection with the thefts, according to a Houston County Sheriff’s Office news release.
The cost to repair the damage and theft is more than $100,000, the release said.
Davis also has been charged with the theft of a Dooly County irrigation system, according to the release.

Also, Boris Watkins, 35, of Henderson, and Andrew Proctor, 19, of Elko, have been linked to the thefts of irrigation systems in Houston County.
Watkins was charged with multiple counts of theft by taking, criminal damage to property and arson, the release said. Proctor was charged with theft by taking, criminal damage to property and multiple counts of theft by receiving and theft by deception, the release said.
All three were being held in the Houston County jail.
Also charged was Lashadrian Rayford, 22, and Tiffany Busby, 20, both of Warner Robins, with theft by receiving and theft by deception. Both are free on bond.
