A 28-year-old man wanted in connection with two Gray Highway robberies was arrested Tuesday.
Xavier Tremaine Hill, of Jones Avenue in Macon, was arrested about 5:45 p.m. Tuesday and is being held at the jail without bond on two counts of armed robbery, according to Bibb County jail records.
Hill is accused of robbing the CVS, 1271 Gray Highway, about 3:15 a.m. Monday and the Flash Foods store, 997 Gray Highway, at 7:20 a.m. Monday, according to Macon police.
In both robberies, Hill allegedly demanded money from the clerks at gunpoint. No one was injured in either incident.

Police found Hill sitting under a carport in the 600 block of Jasmine Drive in Jones County off New Clinton Road. He was arrested with assistance from Jones County deputies, said Jami Gaudet, police spokeswoman.
