A Dublin teenager was arrested Saturday after a fight at a St. Patrick’s festival in Dublin, police said.
Police Chief Wayne Cain said 18-year-old Jeffery Edmond is charged with affray, criminal damage to property and assault in connection with the fight in Stubbs Park during an arts and crafts festival there.
The fight that involved two groups of teenage boys moved through the tent of a vendor selling temporary tattoos. The vendor was knocked to the ground, and equipment was damaged, Cain said.
Police have said they received reports of a shot fired and that about 10 people were involved in the fight.
Never miss a local story.
Cain said officers still are trying to identify the other teens involved in the fight.
