Macon police are investigating a report in which a man was shot multiple times early Monday morning in the parking lot of a local apartment complex, a report stated.
According to the report, the man told police he was pistol-whipped in the face, then shot several times while walking through the parking lot of Briarwood Apartments, located on Rogers Avenue.
The report stated that the man had bullet wounds in both legs, the right side of his torso and his left arm. He also had a busted lip.
The man admitted to officers he had just left a known shot house a few minutes earlier. The man was taken to The Medical Center of Central Georgia.
