Putnam County, Georgia, Sheriff Howard Sills was delivering checks on Friday, July 21, 2017, to two people in Tennessee who helped cops track down escapees Donnie Rowe and Ricky Dubose after they shot two guards on a prison bus as it neared Eatonton on June 13. Rowe and Dubose are now being held at the state prison near Jackson.
