Teens looking to develop safe driving skills are invited to free defensive driving classes offered by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office this month.
Anyone 15 to 20 years old with a valid Georgia learner’s permit or driver’s license, is eligible for the four-day course at the Bibb County Sheriff’s Training Facility at 110 Confederate Way, which is near the Ocmulgee East Boulevard exit off Interstate 16.
Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., with sessions beginning on July 11, 18 and 25.
Participants must be able to attend all four days, and breakfast and lunch will be provided each day.
Classes are limited to the first 25 students.
