The Macon chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is holding a health-care forum Thursday.
The event will be held at 6 p.m. in the Steward Chapel AME Church, 887 Forsyth St. in Macon, according to a news release.
Ken King, a regional field director for Organizing for America, will be speaking. The OFA is a project of the Democratic National Committee and is the successor organization for President Obama’s campaign. State Sen. Robert Brown, D-Macon, will be the forum’s facilitator.
