Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park has filed an application with the planning and zoning commission to locate adjacent to Planet Fitness on Tom Hill Sr. Boulevard in north Bibb County.
As The Telegraph reported last week, Han Yu, co-owner of the Sky Zone franchise for the Macon territory, said he expects the park to open before the end of the year.
According to information submitted to the Macon-Bibb County Planning & Zoning Commission, the conditional-use application for 205 Tom Hill Blvd. would allow the recreational facility in the shopping center with the Publix grocery store. The trampoline park would be open seven days a week, according to information provided to the zoning commission.
Sky Zone created “the world’s first all-trampoline, walled playing courts,” according to its website. The trampoline courts are designed for all ages.
