Forsyth CableNet bought by Reynolds company
Reynolds-based Public Service Communications has bought the cable TV and Internet system from the city of Forsyth.
The new company, which will continue to operate as Forsyth CableNet LLC, will begin testing and upgrading the system immediately, according to a news release. The upgrade should be completed within six months.
Customers should continue to make payments at Forsyth City Hall for the next three months. The company plans to have a payment location opened downtown by Nov. 3, the release said.
