Warner Robins police have a suspect in custody in a fatal shooting Thursday night at Marin's Mexican Food Store off the Ga. 247 Connector.
Jose Marin, 43, was unresponsive with a wound to his lower extremity when officers arrived at 105 Bowling Drive shortly before 10 p.m.
He later died at the Houston Medical Center, according to a news release from the Warner Robins Police Department.
Officers located 17-year-old Jermontae Artex Moss, of Woodland Trail, in the area after a witness described seeing someone matching his description running toward Carl Vinson Parkway.
Moss had a stolen gun in his possession, the release stated.
He was arrested and interviewed before being charged with felony murder and theft by receiving stolen property.
