WARNER ROBINS — A man and a woman were confirmed dead at a Warner Robins residence late Thursday, police said.
Tabitha Pugh, public information officer for Warner Robins police, said both had been shot and police were treating the shooting as a double homicide.
The victims both lived at the home at 119 Mary Lane , she said.
The shooting was called in to 911 by a neighbor at 8:48 p.m. as an “unknown problem,” Pugh said. The neighbor was suspicious something was wrong but did not know what had happened, Pugh said.

Police withheld Thursday the names of the victims pending “proper identification and family notification,” according to Pugh. She said autopsies were scheduled for Friday.
No other information was immediately available.
