WARNER ROBINS - Warner Robins American Little League defeated West Virginia (Barboursville) 11-4 in the semifinals of the Little League Softball Southeastern Region Tournament on Sunday at Little League Southeast Park.
WRALL will play Florida in the championship game on Monday at 6 p.m. Florida defeated North Carolina 10-0 in four innings Sunday night in the other semifinal.
In the top of the first for WRALL, Sierra Stella led off with a walk. Chelsea Whaley hit an infield single. Avery Lamb struck out. Hayley Tierce popped out to second base for the second out. Melissa Cox popped out to the catcher for the third out.
In the bottom of the second for West Virginia, Jenna Marsh struck out. Rylee Kurlin popped out to the catcher. Emily Wilmink walked, but was thrown out attempting to steal second.

In the top of the second, Ashley Killebrew led off with a walk. Taylor Brown grounded into a fielder's choice and Killebrew was thrown out at second. Amber Coy grounded to the pitcher and Brown was thrown out at second. Kayla Quakenbush singled to short to put runners on first and second with two outs. Coy and Quakenbush stole third and second, respectively. Coy scored on a wild pitch for a 1-0 lead and Quakenbush advanced to third. Stella walked, then took second uncontested. Whaley singled to left field to drive in Quakenbush and Stella for a 3-0 lead. Lamb popped out to the pitcher for the third out.
In the bottom of the second, Abbie Tolbert walked to lead off. Megan Wetzel struck out. Allie Bennett popped out to the pitcher for the second out. Sarah Adkins struck out to end the inning.
In the top of the third for WRALL, Tierce reached second on a fielding error. Cox struck out. Killebrew lined to left, driving in Tierce for a 4-0 lead. Brown grounded out, and Killebrew advanced to third. Coy hit a line drive down the left field line to score Killebrew for a 5-0 lead. Quakenbush hit a line drive to third that was misplayed, putting runners on first and second. Coy stole third and Quakenbush advanced to second. Stella popped out to first base for the third out.
In the bottom of the third, Tierce came on to pitch for Warner Robins. Stefanie Flouhouse walked. Karlee Alderman bunted, but the throw to first was errant. Flouhouse advanced to third and Alderman took second. Marsh singled to center, driving in two runs to cut the score to 5-2, then advanced to second on the play at home. Kurlin grounded out. Wilmink hit a fly ball to right field that was dropped, and Marsh scored to cut it to 5-3. Tolbert lined out to short for the second out. Wetzel popped out to second to end the inning.
In the top of the fourth, Whaley led off with a strike out. Lamb singled up the middle. Tierce singled to shallow left-center field to put runners on first and second with one out. Cox walked to load the bases. Killebrew hit a long sacrifice fly to score Lamb and extend the lead to 6-3. Brown grounded out to short for the third out.
In the bottom of the fourth for West Virginia, Makala Bell walked. Hannah Morgan lined out to second base. Flouhouse singled to center. Alderman bunted and was thrown out at first base for the second out. Marsh grounded through the pitcher's legs, but Stella adjusted at second and threw Marsh out at first to end the inning.
In the top of the fifth for WRALL, Peyton Stallworth grounded out to the pitcher. MC Tucker grounded out to short. Stella struck out.
In the bottom of the fifth, Kurlin popped out to first. Wilmink grounded to second base and Stella made a spectacular diving play to throw her out at first. Tolbert also grounded to second, and Stella made another diving catch and throw for the third out.
In the top of the sixth for Warner Robins, Whaley reached first on a throwing error. Lamb singled to left field, advancing Whaley to second. Tierce popped out to left field. Cox hit a line drive off the shortstop's glove, scoring Whaley for a 7-3 lead. Cox took second uncontested. Killebrew singled to center, scoring Lamb for an 8-3 lead. Brown hit a ground ball and the throw to first was errant. Cox scored for a 9-3 lead. Brown took second, then Killebrew was awarded home and Brown awarded third to make it 10-3. Stallworth grounded out, but Brown scored on the play for an 11-3 lead. MC Tucker grounded out for the third out.
In the bottom of the sixth, Wetzel lined out to short to lead off. Allie Bennett singled to shallow right-center field. Morgan reached first on an error and Bennett advanced to second. Flouhouse singled to left field to load the bases. Alderman's fly ball to right was misplayed, scoring a run to make it 11-4, but Flouhouse was thrown out at second. Marsh grounded out to short to end the game.
